Year 4 spent the afternoon making chocolate truffles under the tuition of Russell Smith from Northampton College.

All the children had the opportunity to measure their ingredients on the weighing scales before mix them all together and setting them. To finish, the truffles were ‘dipped’ and garnished with cocoa, icing, sugar and 100’s and 1000’s!

Never have i seen so much chocolate around so many children’s faces!

The only question is…will there be any left when the children return in the morning? Mr Wainwright was VERY hungry after school!

Well done children…thanks for being BRILLIANT!
